Respect the Rubber! I recently received my Starwood Sports Pull Up bands and was astonished to discover I could in fact do more pullups with them .These are ideal to manage to do pull-ups if you are struggling . They can also be used to do a variety of other exercises such as elevated press, squats, jumping exercises,dips etc. The bands are high quality and not some cheap rubber.
