The main aim of the FitKit Trigger Point Peanut Massage Ball (MEDIUM Firmness) is to assist in managing minor aches and pains of the muscle by applying pressure to general areas.

It is great for the neck, shoulders, back, chest, piriformis, calves, or anywhere that you have minor aches and pains.

To use you have to apply pressure with the ball by using the floor, wall or any hard surface to stabilise movement of the ball.

To get deep into the muscle, the ball has to remain still with an ample amount pressure for 5 to 7 seconds and it will then change shape. Once relieved, roll the Ball side to side or in circles for a cross friction type massage

Key Features

•FitKit peanut massage ball is for effective muscle fascia trigger point release (Trigger point referring to an area that is causing stiffness/discomfort).

•The massage ball combined with your own body weight or downward pressure targets painful / tight areas to release sticky muscle fascia / joint tissue that is not interacting with surrounding tissues effectively.

•The silicone ball has a soft outer coating but is relatively firm, allowing you to get adequate focused pressure into the hard to reach areas of the body.

•The massage ball is very durable and makes a handy addition to any kit bag / training programme.

•Can be used during recovery sessions, or before (lightly) / after exercise.

NOT FOR USE ON JOINTS.
